Mark Quirk
Chairman
Mark is a dynamic entrepreneur who launched his career at the age of 26 after leaving Meespierson Intertrust Isle of Man, where he mastered the intricacies of law, accountancy, international tax planning, and corporate structuring.
Mark is Chairman of multiple corporations covering a broad spectrum of industries. From chairing Animo Associates to leading a world 8-ball pool tour promotion company, his leadership is far-reaching. Among Mark’s notable achievements, include orchestrating the acquisition and subsequent sale of the financial institution “Oonex” to Equals PLC.
His portfolio is a testament to his versatility, which includes a private equity firm, to a metaverse, and a thriving healthcare group. The individuals that are part of his expansive network, working across multiple industries, means his team is capable of understanding and commercialising almost any venture.

Jolanta Narmontaite
Group CEO
Jolanta joined our team in 2008 and has been at the forefront of our substantial global growth.
With over 10 years of experience spread across a variety of industries and a degree from the University of Vilnius, Jolanta possesses a unique skill set that has proven undeniably advantageous to Animo.
She is well seasoned in the Corporate Services World and has a demonstrated history of working in the accountancy industry with her primary skills, including negotiation, sales, management, and corporate finance.
Farzana Naheed
Director
After gaining her BA (Hons) in Business Studies from the University of Huddersfield, Farzana initially started working towards her accountancy qualification before changing direction and started specialising in Tax. She obtained her Association of Tax Technicians qualification and then went on to qualify as a Chartered Tax Advisor.
Jaysen Harree
Director
Jaysen Harree, a chartered accountant has over 25 years of experience in the accounting and auditing world both at international and UK level.
During his tenure at Animo, Jaysen has occupied various positions such as Finance Director, head of VAT and Compliance department.
Jaysen’s ability to speak a few languages is making him enjoy his current role as head of Corporate services in UK.
Jason joined Animo in 2024 and brings with him a proven track record, with over 25 years of experience in the finance sector. Previous roles include a decade working in Relationship Management for a global bank providing regulated Investment/Financial Advice and Banking to High Net Worth clients, and twelve years working at a senior level for a major bank in the Corporate space specialising in lending, corporate structures & iGaming.
Jason has also owned a private pool/snooker club business and spent five years in the Armed Forces as a Weapons Mechanic.
He is a qualified Director having gained Institute of Directors qualifications to Diploma level.
Jason is based in the Isle of Man with his family where he gets to enjoy his passion for motorbikes!
